Given the rapid digital transformation in today’s organizations, the need for data-driven decision-making in HR has become essential.

Who Should Attend?

This course is particularly designed for you if you are a young professional (25-35 years old), with minimum 2-3 years of professional experience working in the field of Human Resources or willing to enter this field.


Minimum Qualification Required to Enroll

  • Bachelor's degree & 2 years of professional experience in a hospitality management position
  • A good understanding of Human Resources and Business Management fundamentals based on prior work experience and/or studies

5 days. An orientation evening will take place on the Sunday before the class start, where participants will get a chance to meet the professor and their classmates, receive practical information for a successful course experience including their campus access card. A welcome cocktail will conclude the evening.

  • 9h-12pm: morning session
  • 12pm-1pm: lunch (provided)
  • 1pm-4pm: afternoon session
Usually participants use the end of afternoon to read course material and work in groups.
 
 

Onsite, full-time

 

  • 30 class hours
  • 10-15 work hours outside of class to study course material and complete assignments

 

Participants will be assessed on in-class presentations, class participation, and on an individual written assignment to be submitted within 10 days after the course end date.
