Networking for your career is the key to success in today’s competitive job market. The EHL Passugg Career Services team maintains active contact with national and international partner companies that regularly offer internships and full-time positions.
By organizing company visits and career fairs on campus and maintaining a database of offers available exclusively to EHL students, out team ensures that you will have plenty of opportunities to connect with leaders and hiring managers from the industry.

Manuela Villinger
Career Service Team Leader & Internship Supervisor for HoKo
Manuela Villinger completed the predecessor of the HoKo apprenticeship and earned an HF diploma as a certified Hôtelier-Restauratrice at EHL Passugg. With years of hotel experience as a receptionist and event manager, she became an esteemed HoKo examination expert. Now, she's a passionate internship supervisor and the dynamic team leader of the Career Service Team at EHL Passugg, nurturing aspiring hospitality professionals with her industry expertise for over three years.
Frank Giannotti, Internship Supervisor for the HF English Division, holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Hospitality Management from Northern Arizona University. With 15+ years of industry experience as a GM and chef de rang in Arizona and Hawaii, he is now a valued Career Services Coordinator, Senior Lecturer and Affective Hospitality Leader at EHL Passugg.
Birgitte Moser is an alumna who completed the pioneering class of EHL Passugg. After gaining valuable experience in the hotel industry, she returned to Passugg to teach various subjects, including Affective Hospitality, Communication and Culture, and Rooms Division. Additionally, she supports the Career Services Team by supervising internships for the English division of HF.
Sabrina Pascher, internship supervisor for the HF German Division, is a trained hotel professional who pursued an international Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management after completing her education. She gained her work and leadership experience in various 5-star hotels in Germany and Switzerland, primarily in the Housekeeping and Front Office departments. She has supervised HoKo apprentices and HF students from EHL Passugg on multiple occasions. Most recently, she fulfilled her dream of working on luxury cruise ships before she started at EHL Passugg.
