Menu Options

  • Elysium Lunch or Elysium Dinner: A 4-course menu for CHF 198 per person (duration: 2.5 hrs, including selected wine accompaniments for each course)

  • Elysium Gala Dinner: A 4-course menu for CHF 298 per person (duration: 3.5 hrs, including a champagne apéritif and hors d'oeuvres, as well as selected wine accompaniments for each course, and a digestive)

Education for the Future

Elysium is EHL Passugg's digital classroom. 

Hotel management students experience first-hand how storytelling can create emotionally charged experiences, and how all the different sensory elements fit into each stage of the journey.

This helps our hospitality students develop valuable soft skills and competences that are in high demand in the industry.
