13th month’s pay

Insurance and social security

Progressive insurance coverage (private insurance worldwide in the event of an accident)
In the event of illness or accident ( if eligible ), employees are entitled to insurance benefits and receive the full salary until the 30th day and 90% of the monthly gross salary and allowances for a maximum of 730 days from the 31st day.

Working hours and holidays

Our progressive work models make work-life balance easy.

Flexible work hours (annual working time, 42 hours/week)
Paid overtime or reimbursement for additional work
Work from home (occasionally, as the job allows)
25 days annual vacation for age 54 and under, 30 days for age 55+
Additional vacation award to longtime employees (2 weeks for 10 years of service, 3 weeks for 15 years of service, 4 weeks for 20 years of service)

Maternity leave of 112 days (16 weeks) at 90% salary
