Hailing from his home country of Thailand, he brings a treasure trove of authentic recipes to Passugg, where he has been pampering us with his culinary magic for over two years. With his expert skills and tireless passion, Khun Mitt has earned the admiration of guests who appreciate his commitment to culinary excellence.

Manfred Wagner

Senior Lecturer F&B

With over 30 years of captivating the hearts of students and staff at EHL Passugg, Manfred Wagner has become a cherished figure. After honing his skills through extensive service training and gaining valuable experience worldwide and aboard cruise ships, he found his way to Passugg. Known for his passion for service excellence and his delightful sense of humor, Manfred has earned a well-deserved reputation as a beloved mentor. His warmth, professionalism, and infectious enthusiasm make him a favorite among all who have the pleasure of learning from him.
