Jürgen Walch

CEO & Owner of Walch Coaching & Head of Audit at ibex fairstay

With over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Jürgen Walch has been a prominent figure in the hotel scene. After completing his training as a hotel manager in Bludenz, Austria, he went on to manage several renowned high-profile hotels before transitioning into event management, where he played a pivotal role in driving tourism in the Engadine.

Today, Jürgen is the founder of Walch Coaching, a consulting company specializing in hotels, tourism, and events. As an expert in sustainable hospitality, he also serves as the Head of Audit for the prestigious ibex fairstay hotel label, ensuring the highest standards of sustainability in the industry.

Jürgen Walch is the head lecturer of the Sustainable Management major.
